CoboTank concept-finding workshop in Hamburg

At the beginning of 2023, the project team came together under the guidance of GUIDE Innovation Manager Till Schlusen and external coach Leopold Rosenthal as part of a concept-finding workshop to fruitfully combine the input of all those involved. In order to bring together the ideas and perspectives of the technology team and psychologists and create more space for new ideas and concepts, we specifically used ‘LEGO Serious Play’ as an instrument. Here, the partners were able to transfer their ideas directly into models using the variable bricks and develop them further.

The course of the workshop showed that design thinking in combination with LEGO Serious Play is a very effective creative technique for finding innovative solutions to a wide range of challenges. In this way, interdisciplinary teams such as the CoboTank team can optimally contribute their expertise and tackle complex development processes together.
